Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer.

Cancellation made for any reason will result to "cancellation fees"

The usual cancellation fees rate as follows:

• Notice given between 90 to 61 days before arrival : 5% administration fees.
  
• Notice given between 60 to 31 days before arrival : the charge of the cancellation is the 20%.
  
• Notice given between 30 to 15 days before arrival : the charge of the cancellation is the 50%.
  
• Notice given between 14 to 1 days before arrival : the charge of the cancellation is the 100%.

In case of non-show or of departure prior to the scheduled one, we charge the whole amount of stay. The reason for the 100% charge of your money is that we have made a contract with you once you requested for reservation.

No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting out of reservations which need to be cancelled due to the fact that a customer sent it "by mistake" or with wrong dates or informations.
